Tractor should be dropped off at the Churchill County Fairgrounds Friday, August 5th, 2011 between 8:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Tractors must be left at the fairgrounds until Sunday, August 7th (nighttime security will be provided on Friday and Saturday). Tractors will be judged, and prizes awarded Sunday, August 7th at 12:00 noon. Please pickup tractors Sunday afternoon, August 7th , between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

The Country Fair and its officers and employees cannot and will not accept responsibility and liability for any damage or injury results from theft, fire, the elements, accidents or other conditions or causes, where to exhibit, property of concessionaires, vehicles, on the grounds and articles left therein or any other property of any nature whatsoever. Entry signifies agreement to the above.
